Precision has hundreds of "standard reports" already available for use, without any custom programming required. Most often, a combination of these reports provides all of the information that a practice needs in order to manage itself in a highly effective way. Precision works with its clients to establish all reporting requirements, then formats the right reports to be available as required. Some reporting is typically scheduled to run as part of a standardized month end, but other reporting may be on demand, or may only be required at quarter end or year end. If reporting requirements change, Precision is there to make the necessary adjustments to be sure you get all the reporting you need, when you need it.
Precision was engaged to start the process of "taking our practice paperless" and the results have been tremendous. First, our office network was significantly upgraded by Precision. Then, all of our physicians went wireless in both of our offices and from home. Our dictation workflow was then automated via an EHR to Dragon interface and we are now scanning, generating e-files or receiving e-faxes for all documents that we formerly archived in paper form.
